What this site collects

This notice covers klarspatial.com. It does not describe the Klar application, which runs entirely on your own machine and sends us nothing.
What we collect
Nothing. This site is a set of static pages. There is no form, no sign-up, no account, and no endpoint that accepts your data, so there is nothing for us to store about your visit.
What we do not do
This site sets no cookies of its own, embeds no advertising or tracking scripts, and loads no external fonts. Nothing you do here is shared with an advertising network, because none is present, and nothing you do is used to build a profile of you.
Hosting
The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect any website, Cloudflare processes connection data such as your IP address and the request itself, and may set a cookie to tell automated traffic from real visitors. We also use Cloudflare's own aggregate analytics, which counts visits and measures how quickly pages load. To do that, the page loads a small script from Cloudflare — the only thing on this site not served from this domain. It reports totals, not people: it sets no cookie for analytics, does not tell us who you are, and does not follow you to other sites. We add no analytics or logging beyond that.
If you email us
Writing to us is the only way to send us anything, and it is entirely your choice. We then hold that email and whatever you put in it — normally your name, address, organisation and what you are working with — in our mailbox, for the sole purpose of replying to you. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not profile you, and we do not sell or share your details with anyone.
How long we keep it
Correspondence is kept while the enquiry is live and for as long as it is useful to pick the conversation back up. Ask us to delete it and we will, without needing a reason.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it — write to us and we will act on it. If you are in the EEA or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights and you may also complain to your national data-protection authority.
